Must be a U.S. resident of the State of Delaware and a licensed driver 21 years or older at the time of entry. Entrants must be able to pre-qualify for the lease by Martin Honda's or Honda Motor Company, Ltd's credit standards and have automobile insurance prior to receiving the price. Failure to quality may result in the random selection of a substitute winner from among all remaining eligible entries. The grand prize winner will be responsible for picking up the prize from Martin Honda 298 East Cleveland Avenue, Newark, DE 19711 and complying with all conditions and requirements of the dealership for entering a vehicle lease.

The Sweepstakes Entry Period begins at 9:00 am (ET) 9/29/12 and ends at 6:00 pm (ET) 10/06/12. 

For internet entry, multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address.  The authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry will be considered the entrant. An “authorized account holder” shall mean the natural person assigned to such e-mail account by the Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with such e-mail account.  You can also enter at the Contest Kiosk at the Delaware Auto Show at the Chase Center on the Riverfront in Wilmington, DE Friday October 5^th and Saturday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm where computers will be available to enter the Sweepstakes, by completing all required information and following all posted instructions.  

 Employees and contractors of The News Journal Media Group (“Sponsor”), Gannett Co., Inc., Martin Honda,  and each of their respective affiliated companies, and advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with, any such employees or contractors, are not eligible to enter or to win. The sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Sweepstakes.

By entering, you agree to the terms of these Official Rules and to receive e-mails from The News Journal Media Group, its affiliates and Delaware Auto Show sponsors. You can opt-out of the receipt of such e-mails by following the directions in any email received from sponsor. Sponsor will not be responsible for incomplete, lost, late, misdirected or illegible entries, or for failure to receive entries or other electronic communications due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any network, hardware or software, whether originating with sender or Sponsor. 

Four (4) finalist will be selected in a random drawing after 6:00 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 6, 2012. The 4 Finalists selected will be notified on October 6th, 2012 at the telephone number provided on winner’s entry form. The four (4) selected finalists will be given a key the following day,  only one of which will open the trunk of the winning car. Finalists must be present at the Auto Show at 3:00 pm on Sunday October 7^th and must bring a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance with them.  The one Finalist whose key opens the trunk of the winning car will be the Grand Prize Winner.

The prize is non-assignable and nontransferable. No substitutions allowed by winner. Prizes and individual components of prize packages are subject to availability and the sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Winner is solely responsible for reporting and payment of any taxes on prize, including taxes and titling fees on the vehicle depending on State and county of residence.
