Winner Notification and Acceptance. Winners will be notified by telephone or e-mail on or about January 15, 2010. Return of prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected. Winners may waive their right to receive prizes. Prizes are non-assignable and nontransferable. No substitutions allowed, except that prizes are subject to availability, and Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Winners are solely responsible for reporting and payment of any taxes on prizes. Winners must adhere to these additional restrictions and requirements: Federal law requires that all passengers have a valid passport with at least 6 months remaining and the federal taxes and port charges of $219.89 per person are not included and must be paid by the winners. Gratuities are not included. Winner is solely responsible for any/all destination and return travel from cruise departure point.
